2017 Sauvignon Blanc Crush

On Sept. 14, several intrepid Saanich Sommeliers were in Nanaimo to crush and press this year’s high quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Rob Cleave’s Okanagan vineyard. Nearly 7,000 lb. were crushed.  This is the first of several shipments of Okanagan grapes expected this fall.
